It is the vision of this Council to:

-          Enhance and Educate the knowledge and experiences of the residents of Saskatchewan and the public at large, about the recreation of underwater activities and it’s benefits as an enjoyable, safety oriented, and diverse mode of healthy recreation thus enhancing our focus on recreation.

-          Eliminate any barriers that the public may have, see, perceive or fell in their ability to access satisfying and meaningful recreation in underwater activities and to extend welcome to those that feel that barriers exist to bring down those barriers in a constructive and positive manner promoting a recreation for All concept.

-          Develop an awareness in the public through underwater activities the need for conservation efforts to protect our environment and natural resources specifically our parks
